Microsoft has added yet another promotion to amp up the sales of its Surface Pro 4 and this time through its official online store, it is giving away free doc, pen tip kit with ever Surface Pro 4 or Surface Book purchase.
The free dock, pen tip kit translate into savings of £174.99 – a deal that’s definitely appealing. This means that if you purchase a Surface Book starting £1,299 or Surface Pro 4 starting £749, you are entitled to this offer. This offer is only valid in the UK and if you are in the US the best option would be to hunt for deals that save your a little cash using which you can buy these two.
For those in the US, Amazon is offering impressive discounts of over $200 on two of the Surface Pro 4 variants: $211.51 off on Microsoft Surface Pro 4 (512 GB, 16 GB RAM, Intel Core i7e) and $209.16 off on Microsoft Surface Pro 4 (256 GB, 8 GB RAM, Intel Core i7e). This means that with the saved money you can easily get a Surface Type Cover or a Surface Dock.
The Surface Pro 4 has done substantially well for Redmond and has been the best selling tablet for the company. With the success Surface Pro 4 garnered, the Internet is abuzz with reports that Surface Pro 5 could be delayed for Microsoft wouldn’t want to jeopardize the success of its own tablet by launching a new one. While that could be the case, there are reports from the supply chain that the Windows 10 maker isn’t done with the designs of Surface Pro 5 and that it is waiting for a few upgrades in the hardware to arrive from its components partners including Intel.
Then there was the case of Surface Pro 5 making way for a Surface smartphone. While the Lumia range hasn’t worked in favor of Microsoft, the expectation that Surface smartphone could be able to do miracles is just too far reaching. This is what heard about the smartphone: Microsoft isn’t too keen on going along with the Lumia nameplate for its future smartphones and one of the best bet is the ‘Surface’ moniker – at least for its business users. Surface smartphone rumors have been out in the wild for a couple of years now and according to different sources 2016 will be the year in which the smartphone will be released. Featuring 8GB RAM, storage of up to 500 GB, and top of the line processor are some of the rumored features. Price range of $700 to $999 is what Microsoft is targeting and business focus seems to be the keyword here. Save over $200 on Surface Pro 4
